Tool change

The innovative tool change system allows for easy and quick switching between welding, plasma cutting, and oxy-fuel cutting. The magnetic holder securely and reliably fixes the tool.

Process recognition

The system recognizes the tool in use and adapts the user interface to the corresponding process. The operator receives pre-selectable parameters, shortening setup times and making operational processes more efficient.

LED ring

The tool head is equipped with an integrated LED ring that ensures optimal illumination of the component during teaching – even in poorly lit environments.

Distance sensor

With the integrated laser distance sensor, components can be measured and detected. Errors are minimized, and accuracy and product quality are increased.

Collision box

The magnetic collision box acts as a protective device to prevent potential damage to the equipment during operation.

The XFLARE Portal offers ideal construction space for large welding assemblies or beams with its high Z-axis and large clearance. At the same time, it’s a real eye-catcher for your manufacturing operation: The LED arc intelligently displays the current operating status of the machine.

Tooldock

The unused process heads are safely stored in the integrated tool dock and easily accessible when needed. This allows them to be changed in seconds without much effort.

Control panel

The fully equipped workstation with Windows PC enables automated CNC process control. The modern, rotatable control panel ensures ergonomic handling and optimal access to all control functions.

Handwheel

Our CNC handwheel is available for teach mode. It allows for easy and practical operation of all control functions such as setting the zero point and positioning the axes.

Extraction

The sectional extraction system specifically captures harmful emissions at the fume source and effectively protects employees.
