The mobile extraction system for industrial halls to extract welding fumes and smoke can be quickly and easily installed using the Plug Play principle. The built-in EC fans with IE5 technology are energy-saving, quiet, and at the same time enormously powerful.
The integrated pre-separator removes coarse particles and potential sparks before they reach the main filters. This significantly increases the filter service life. Optionally, a HEPA H14 filter with a separation efficiency of 99.995% can be used for carcinogenic fine dust, viruses, and bacteria.

Fresh air: layer by layer
A proven system in hall ventilation is the layered ventilation according to IFA recommendations. Due to thermal effects, the contaminated, warm air rises. It is extracted through the inlet on the upper side of the filter tower and cleaned through several filter stages. The clean air is then fed back into the room near the floor without drafts. This creates a protected zone for employees and machines with near-outdoor air quality.
